Ibtissam El Assaad est une spécialiste du marketing qui compte 25 ans d'expérience au Liban et aux Émirats arabes unis, principalement dans les secteurs des télécommunications et de l'immobilier.
Elle s'est également spécialisée dans la gestion de projets où elle a accompagné les autorités du secteur public émirien dans l'intégration et la mise en œuvre de modèles qualité spécifiques dans leurs systèmes.
Elle croit fermement au travail communautaire et consacre une bonne partie de son temps au bénévolat.
Ibtissam a récemment déménagé au Canada et est cofondateur de Escritoire Coworking.

She has also specialized in project management where she supported authorities in the public sector in UAE in the integration and implementation of specific quality models in their systems.
